Platform data
When enterprise customers use Workature, we process candidate, worker, and supplier data on their behalf as a data processor. The customer's privacy policy governs that processing. We maintain tenant isolation, audit trails, and correlation IDs for accountability.
3. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve our website and platform
- Respond to demo requests and support inquiries
- Send service-related communications
- Analyze site usage (with consent where required)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
- Protect security and prevent fraud
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), contract performance (providing services), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and legal obligation.
5. AI and automated processing
Workature uses AI for matching, screening (including AI Interviewer Clara), and analytics. We design for explainability: recommendations link to evidence. Enterprise customers configure retention, consent, and human review requirements. We align with EU AI Act readiness principles including transparency and human oversight.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, email) under data processing agreements
- Enterprise customers (for platform user data processed on their behalf)
- Authorities when required by law
- Successors in a merger or acquisition with notice
7. International transfers
We may transfer data outside your country using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including legal, accounting, and audit requirements. Platform retention is configurable per tenant policy.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@workature.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
10. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, and audit logging. We pursue ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II alignment.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
